Zapyškis Old St John the Baptist’s Church stands in the town of Zapyškis in Kaunas district, on the left bank of the Nemunas River, on the road 140 Kaunas-Zapyškis-Šakiai. The church can be reached by car. There is a parking lot next to the church, but during the summer period the number of spaces is quite limited.

You can also reach Zapyškis Old St John the Baptist’s Church from Kaunas by local bus No 165, as well as by intercity buses. The bus stop in the centre of Zapyškis town is 600 metres away from the church.
