Four representatives of the famous musical dynasty – LUKAS GENIUŠAS, ANNA GENIUŠIENĖ, PETRAS GENIUŠAS and JULIUS GENIUŠAS – will perform on one stage. The famous performers from Lithuania and around the world will perform “Canto Ostinato”, a composition for four pianos written by the famous Dutch composer Simeon Ten Holt. The unique musical experience will be highlighted by an extraordinary spectacle – four pianos will create a kind of magic circle on the stage, where the sounds of this impressive work, created in the aesthetics of minimalism, will spread for more than an hour.

The performers of the concert are personalities who are very popular with the audience. Lukas and Anna are laureates of the world’s most important piano competitions, Chopin, Van Cliburn and others, the recitals of Petras Geniušas are always awaited with great anticipation, and Julius Geniušas is a well-known conductor, who also performs on the piano on exceptional occasions. Geniušai are strong musical personalities and usually perform as soloists, although they sometimes perform in duets: the audience has heard the father-son duet of Petras and Lukas Geniušas on several occasions, the brothers Julius and Petras Geniušas have performed on the same stage, and the concerts of the talented couple Lukas Geniušas and Anna Geniušienė have been of particular interest to the public.
