The Pažaislis Music Festival is coming to Zarembų Manor for the first time and invites you to a musical gathering that reveals the diverse facets of women’s creative worlds. The concert “Portrait of a Woman” will feature works by composers from various eras—Elfrida Andrée, Lili Boulanger, Germaine Tailleferre, Reynaldo Hahn, Zita Bružaitė, and Giedrė Pauliukevičiūtė.

The program will be performed by the Kaunas Piano Trio and soprano Gabrielė Bukinė, whose interpretations blend chamber music sensitivity with vocal expression. This music explores subtle themes of emotion, lyricism, and inner strength, allowing us to view the portrait of a woman through diverse cultural and historical perspectives.

Soprano G. Bukinė is one of the most prominent opera soloists of the younger generation, having won significant awards in Lithuania and gained international recognition. The performer gives concerts with various orchestras, participates in festivals, and actively develops roles on opera and concert stages.

The Kaunas Piano Trio, formed in 2011, is one of the most active chamber music ensembles in Lithuania. The group regularly gives concerts, participates in festivals in Lithuania and abroad, collaborates with various performers, and consistently expands its repertoire.
